I think that this kind of NPC can take away from your characters uniqueness.....but thats just me and my characters.

EDIT: btw, IF they implement this, i hope its not gonna be like with the insignias in nightfall, that its available only to the newest chapter..... plz anet, if u implement this, make this feature be available also to older chapters, its just not fair otherwise

ANET has already answered this more than once on other threads.

the account setup was designed for security to prevent any chance of tampering/dupeing/adding/etc.

the head programmer says that even if he wanted to the design makes altering an account impossible (THAT INCLUDES HAIR)
